QuietStroke is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below before placing your order.

At this time, QuietStroke ships only within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or events (including trade shows), processing times may vary.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

QuietStroke ships using reputable third-party carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Expedited shipping: Delivery times vary based on carrier selection

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order size.

All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

QuietStroke is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays or losses caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, QuietStroke is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft.

If a shipment is delayed or appears lost:

  • Customers should first contact the carrier using the provided tracking number

  • QuietStroke will assist with carrier inquiries when possible but cannot guarantee resolution

Damaged Shipments

QuietStroke carefully inspects and packages all orders prior to shipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Customers must retain all original packaging materials

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging may be required

Damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers must file a damage claim directly with the carrier.

Shipping damage is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not covered under the QuietStroke Limited Warranty.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Any delays caused by customs processing

QuietStroke is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges.
