QuietStroke is a specialized golf training device designed to help players improve their short game by redirecting visual and mental focus. Individual results may vary.

Because of the nature of this product:

Refund Policy

QuietStroke does not offer refunds based on performance results, training outcomes, or personal expectations.

Mastery of focus-based training techniques is subjective and varies by individual. Inability to achieve desired results does not constitute a product defect.

Return Policy

  • Products are non-returnable after 30 days from delivery

  • Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of:

    • Damage

    • Misuse or abuse

    • Excessive wear

    • Missing components

Limited Evaluation Window 

During the first 30 days from delivery, a return may be considered only if:

  • The product is returned in its original condition

  • All components and packaging are included

  • The product shows no damage or misuse

All returns require:

  • Prior authorization (RMA)

  • Return shipping paid by the customer

  • Inspection and approval before any action is taken

  • Restocking fee of $15 per item

Approved returns do not guarantee a refund and may be denied if the product does not meet return conditions.

Shipping Damage

QuietStroke carefully inspects and packages all products prior to shipment.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • All packaging materials must be retained

  • A claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

Damage caused during shipping is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement under the QuietStroke warranty.

QuietStroke will assist with documentation when possible, but is not responsible for carrier-related damage, delays, or loss once the product is in transit.
