Pre-Order Policy
Some products on this site are offered as pre-orders. A preorder allows you to reserve a product before it is available for immediate shipment.

Payment
Payment is collected at checkout to secure your preorder and reserve your place in the production queue.

Estimated Shipping
Pre-order items are not yet in stock. Estimated shipping is expected to begin February 15th.. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, supply chain factors, or logistics.

Order Updates
Customers will receive email updates regarding preorder status and will be notified when their order ships, including tracking information.

Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-order cancellation and refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy. Pre-order items may be canceled prior to fulfillment unless otherwise stated. Once an order has entered fulfillment, standard refund terms apply.

Shipping Policies
Shipping timelines listed elsewhere on this site apply to in-stock items only. Pre-order items ship according to the terms outlined in this Pre-Order Policy.
